Our design and build service will substantially expand in the future as we get more enquiries from clients who want us to recommend a good architectural designer that suits their site and ideal budget. Designing and building a new home from the ground up is very different from renovating a house. A new home can often be designed after a single site visit, whereas renovation designs require many more site visits and initial investigations of existing services and restraints.
When it comes to renovations, you should always engage an experienced builder before contacting an architect. We currently offer this service as “ECI” early contractor involvement, and we highly recommend it for renovations and new home designs.
We undertake preliminary checks and then work with the client and the architect from the design stage. At the same time, we can assist with preliminary budgets, the scope of works for the existing areas of the home, and more.
